The Process
01
Initial Quality Test
The process kicks off with our certified technicians analyzing the machine’s condition in great detail. During this phase we apply the latest software and firmware updates. Then run a Function and Copy Quality test, check the history counters, and print out technical reports for added insights.

Consumables Inspection
Here our certified technicians check to see what type of wear and tear has hit the consumables. If the color drums, black drum, developing units, or film assemblies are at 50% or greater of their life cycle, then the units are replaced with new parts.

Internals Inspected
All the Sensors, Gears and Fans are inspected for wear and cleaned thoroughly. The lasers also receive a thorough inspection and cleaning as required. After a thorough cleaning inside of the machine is complete, the previously removed assemblies now receive their cleaning and service or replacement.

New Parts Installed
Only genuine Canon parts are used in refurbished machines. We install the latest hardware updates at this phase making it truly better than new. The Process Unit is disassembled for cleaning. The Waste Toner Collection container is emptied out and refreshed for re-use. All the rollers and paper path guides are inspected for damage or wear and thoroughly cleaned.

Cleaning, Quality Control
Cleaning continues with the detailing of the paper trays, replacement of the paper tray feed and separations rollers, as needed. The exterior of the machine is cleaned and detailed to a like new condition. The overall appearance of the machine is inspected closely and our technician's paperwork is reviewed for accuracy.

Shipped to You
Once our Quality Control Inspection is complete, the machines become eligible for sale and is posted on our website. We then pack and wrap your equipment for shipping and send it to you.
